Group Therapy
Top Charlotte Therapists offers a variety of on going and specialized groups, including Parent’s Group Therapy, Coping with Anxiety Therapy Group, and a Women’s Therapy Group.
Parent Coaching
During Individual Parent Coaching Sessions the clinician will assess the family system to get a feel of what is and what is not working. The clinician will provide psycho-education and intervention strategies to help bolster communication and navigate challenges with children to strengthen family dynamics.
